Samadhan is finalizing the offer of a Training/Study facility through experiential study opportunities for students and research scholars both at national and international level. Since our focus is communities living in low income colonies, our preferred study subjects will initially be issues pertaining to women, poverty and disability. It was the innovative linkages between these three issues that we were given the World Bank Award for innovation. So we are well placed to offer an exclusive opportunity to students who may require practical training in any or a combination of the issues we plan to offer. Many students we have contact with have asked for such a facility since the theoretical studies available in the West very often lack actual hands on opportunities for the kind of study and work opportunities we can provide. The proposed Training Programme will be in Dwarka, where we have the infrastructure of both building and ongoing services and can provide boarding and lodging facilities. |
All donations to SAMADHAN are exempted from Income Tax Under Section 80G of Income Tax Act.
